Responsibilities include:

Managing Customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction
Identifying upselling opportunities
Collaborating with dispatch
Conducting post-move customer calls
Gathering feedback for new features
Using CRM software for scheduling
Coordinating with internal teams for escalations
Maintaining communication with drivers
Customer claims process
Monitoring inventory; proficiency in English/Spanish is preferred
