Strategic Operations Manager

As a Strategic Operations Manager, you will:

  • Own overall relationship with customers, which include: visiting move sites, ensuring retention, and satisfaction.
  • Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities.
  • Provide support and work closely with dispatch and move confirmation team.
  • Conduct customer calls post-move to guarantee optimum customer service levels within the company.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with Operations team to drive new features.
  • Effectively use our CRM software in an effort to monitor, schedule, and confirm moves, packs, and storage for customers.
  • Partner with internal teams to manage customer escalations in a way that strengthens customer relationships.
  • Maintain open communication with drivers to include changes in procedures, move assignments, and truck improvements.
  • Conduct truck inspections that satisfy DMV guideline requirements.
  • Assist with “On Call” duties for Customer Service and Contractors.
  • Handle all social media relations for your location (Facebook page, Google+, Twitter).
  • Support Drivers with questions and glitches that may arise.
