Your mission will involve:

Answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information.
Welcome and guide visitors.
Collaborate with business units and serve as contact for contractors.
Maintain a clean and stocked front desk area.
Follow procedures to open and close the facility.
Manage office supplies ordering, receiving, and distribution.
Deliver exceptional customer service and problem-solving.
Fairly allocate web leads among sales staff.
Assist with clerical tasks like photocopying and filing.
Coordinate events for Drivers and Office Team.
