Position Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be on the front lines—talking to real customers, helping book moves, and learning how to confidently sell without being “salesy.” You’ll sharpen your communication skills, learn how to listen for what people actually need, and see how different teams work together behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly. If you’re good with people, quick on your feet, this role gives you real experience you can use anywhere. Think of this as a chance to strengthen your people skills and learn how to turn conversations into solutions.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with inbound and outbound customers to understand their needs and confidently book services
• Build trust quickly and guide customers through decisions with clarity and empathy
• Use our CRM to manage leads, send follow-ups, and offer add-on solutions via phone, text, and email
• Hit (and exceed) clear performance metrics tied directly to commission
• Collaborate with a supportive team and receive ongoing coaching and feedback
• Continuously sharpen your sales and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
   

Bonus: Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.
