Responsibilities

  • Claims Processing: Handle customer claims with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Collaborate with various departments to improve the claims process and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and maintain essential documents, ensuring everything is in order for quick and easy retrieval.
  • Communication: Engage with customers and team members with empathy and understanding, providing clear updates and addressing concerns professionally.
  • Quality Control: Vigilantly review claims to maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Record keeping: Keep detailed records and prepare reports that reflect your meticulous approach to claims management.
  • Customer Service: Deliver outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Stay updated with regulations and best practices, ensuring all activities align with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.





 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications a plus.
  • Experience in handling problem-solving situations with empathy, especially in environments where customers may be under stress – such as insurance, healthcare, emergency response, or high-end hospitality roles
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and claims software, google office suite.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
