Key requirements include strong communication skills, self-motivation, and weekend availability, with pay ranging from $19 to $21 per hour.

Your mission will involve:

Ensuring customer satisfaction
Identifying upselling opportunities
Collaborating with dispatchers and drivers
Conducting follow-up calls
Gathering feedback for improvements
Mastering CRM software
Coordinating escalations for timely resolutions
Navigating the customer claims process
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
